Introducing Adulis Coffee Sidamo Light Roast Whole Bean, a bright and expressive single-origin coffee from the highlands of Ethiopia's celebrated Sidamo (Sidama) region in southern Ethiopia, one of the world's most sought-after coffee origins.
Our light roast is crafted to let the bean speak for itself, preserving the delicate floral aromatics and lively acidity that darker roasts can mask. Expect fragrant notes of jasmine, citrus blossom and fresh berries, with a bright, tea-like body and flavors of lemon, bergamot and ripe blueberry, finishing crisp and sweet. It shines in pour-over, Chemex and other filter brewing methods.
