From the get-go we made the decision of investing on a technology that will enable us to serving you better.
If you don’t like a coffee we’ve sent you, no worries at all. From the day you receive your coffee at home, you have 2 weeks to let us know if you liked it or not. If you didn’t enjoy it, send back the undesired product in its original packaging and we’ll ship you another coffee of your choice! To return a coffee or another product, reach out to us at email@example.com. If for any reason you do not wish to receive another coffee, we will refund your initial purchase, after deducting the cost of shipping.
Cancellations OR Changes
If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Tell us your name, the order number, which items, and the reason for the change. Orders with changes will be completely canceled and refunded, a new order will be placed to resolve the issue.
In the event of processing mistake or defective product, we will correct any errors and revise your order accordingly. Once our team has become aware of an error, we will work to resolve it within 72 hours.

While conducting payments on our web shop you are using SquareUp online payment system – an advanced system for secure acceptance of credit cards on the Internet. Square ensures complete privacy of your credit card data from the moment you type them into the Square payment form. Data required for billing is forwarded encrypted from your web browser to the bank that issued your payment card. Our coffee shop never comes into contact with your sensitive payment card data.
