The Cancellation and Return Policy
If you don’t like a coffee we’ve sent you, no worries at all. From the day you receive your coffee at home, you have 2 weeks to let us know if you liked it or not. If you didn’t enjoy it, send back the undesired product in its original packaging and we’ll ship you another coffee of your choice! To return a coffee or another product, reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If for any reason you do not wish to receive another coffee, we will refund your initial purchase, after deducting the cost of shipping.
If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please send us an email at email@example.com. Tell us your name, the order number, which items, and the reason for the change. Orders with changes will be completely canceled and refunded, a new order will be placed to resolve the issue.
