Coffee Returns

If you don’t like a coffee we’ve sent you, no worries at all. From the day you receive your coffee at home, you have 2 weeks to let us know if you liked it or not. If you didn’t enjoy it, send back the undesired product in its original packaging and we’ll ship you another coffee of your choice! To return a coffee or another product, reach out to us at support@aduliscoffee.com. If for any reason you do not wish to receive another coffee, we will refund your initial purchase, after deducting the cost of shipping.

Cancellations OR Changes

If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please send us an email at support@aduliscoffee.com. Tell us your name, the order number, which items, and the reason for the change. Orders with changes will be completely canceled and refunded, a new order will be placed to resolve the issue.

In the event of processing mistake or defective product, we will correct any errors and revise your order accordingly. Once our team has become aware of an error, we will work to resolve it within 72 hours.
